Options available under Nigerian Laws for Non-Business Organizations

There are 2 types of non-business organization viz;

(a)      Companies limited by guarantee and

(b)      Incorporated trustee.

Please take notice that Sole Proprietorship and Partnership does not have corporate personality; but companies (including a Company Limited by Guarantee) and Incorporated Trustees does do business.
