The Federal High
Court (FHC) has separated itself from media reports to the effect that it
conceded N250million bail to previous National Security Adviser (NSA), Col
Sambo Dasuki (rtd) and others over the $2.1billion arms acquirement contract.
The FHC's acting Registrar,
Mr Emmanuel Garko, who expressed this according to Leadership Newspaper
yesterday, noted that the Federal High Court couldn't have granted bail to any
of those being tried in connection to the arms bargain in light of the fact
that none of them was charged before the FHC.
